I try to make my classes accessible for anyone and everyone. I love Pilates and I want you to as well, but the most important thing is helping you to stay active and strong for the demands of everyday life. Even if you haven’t exercised in years, reach out and ask me, and we can work through your worries together.

Try Something New

Never done Pilates before? Not a problem. I make all my classes beginner friendly, and can adapt and tailor the movement to you when you need it. Give it a go, you don’t know until you’ve tried it!
