What’s Included?
Weekly in-person classes, which are an hour each. The details of where and when are on the site, but please contact me with questions.
Each class includes some mindful relaxation at the end, and the routines change on a regular basis to bring different areas of focus and keep the mind working as hard as the body.
Don’t worry about equipment either - mats and any relevant prop are provided. Just make sure to wear something suitable for exercising that you feel comfortable in, and the rest is taken care of.
When you join the in person classes you also get access to the online classes, which you can then use to fill any gaps or when you can’t make a lesson. Life sometimes gets in the way, so this allows you to continue your pilates at your own pace and in a way that suits your life.
